Bahrain Mirror: A number of areas and villages across Bahrain witnessed massive marches on the eve of International Quds Day, expressing condemnation of the Bahraini regime's normalization with the Zionist occupation.
Residents of Bilad Al-Qadeem, the hometown of the Secretary-General of the Al-Wefaq Society, imprisoned Sheikh Ali Salman, participated in a massive march. During the march, they carried flags of Bahrain and Palestine, as well as photos of Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim, chanting slogans such as "Far from us is disgrace" and "We will not forget Al-Quds."
Regime forces suppressed a march in the Bani Jamrah area in the western part of the capital, Manama, where participants demanded the release of political prisoners. Security forces fired tear gas canisters towards them.
Marches also took place in the Nabih Saleh and Sitra Island, while young people staged a massive sit-in in solidarity with Palestine and the people of Gaza.
